SECTION 5 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.

Orders may begin processing shortly after submission.
Requests to cancel an order, change an address, or modify purchased items should be sent to service@lunvoripets.com within 12 hours after the order is placed.
We cannot guarantee that a requested modification or cancellation can be completed after processing has begun.

Customers are responsible for supervising animals and using products according to instructions.

Failure to supervise an animal
Continued use of a damaged product
